my eye twitches...CONSTANTLY!

i've read up about this eye twitching business. and it says that some of the common causes of an eye twitch are:
stress, being tired, eyestrain, too much caffeine!!!

hmmmm...
check, check, check, check. i have them all.

so annoying.
