we had our own little crawfish boil at the Hobbit House--Jayme and Brianna's current residence. i was a bit skeptical at first because i didn't want to do any of the breaking or de-veining or pealing apart of any crawfish. but, jayme insisted i do it myself. so Joe, who is a great crawfish instructor, walked me through the steps of eating crawfish.
i can honestly say that it wasn't bad. i didn't hate it.
but i can't say that i'll have a hankering for it either.
the night was full of laughter, songs, and great friends. it was a fantabulous way to spend a saturday night.
