the T.V. is possessed.
yep, that's what i said, possessed!!



for the past few weeks, every morning at 9:17am, our tv turns on "by itself" with the volume on blaring. why this started happening, i don't know? i'm sure there's a timer on it somewhere. but, i didn't set the timer, nor did my roommate set the timer. and when i've gone to look at the menu on the crazy television, i can't find any sort of alarm or timer. of course, the only time i think to look at it is when i'm in a rush to get to work--because i'm already 17 minutes late--or on a weekend when i'm trying to finally sleep in for once, and lo and behold, it goes off and wakes me up.

and when you run, because again the volume is on blaring, into the living room to turn it off, it's on this creepy staticy station. honestly, it kinda freaks me out. it's very poltergeist

hopefully, sometime soon, one of us will figure out how to turn off that damn timer. until then, i'll always have my friendly reminder that 1) i'm late for work or 2) i guess i really don't need to sleep in on the weekends anyway.
